Preservation of the caste system
The management caste is the company made flesh. The 1st and 3rd caste is interchangeable and mobile. The 2nd caste is immobile. The main task of the management caste is to make sure that nothing changes in the caste system. It must shoot down any innovations and proposals for change from the 1st and 3rd caste or at least delay them by doing nothing.

🇩🇪 Die Management-Kaste ist das zu Fleisch gewordene Unternehmen. Die 1. und die 3. Kaste ist austauschbar und mobil. Die 2. Kaste ist immobil. Hauptsächliche Aufgabe der Management-Kaste ist es, darüber zu wachen, dass sich nichts am Kastensystem ändert. Es muss jegliche Innovationen und Änderungsvorschläge der 1. und 3. Kaste abschmettern oder mindestens durch Nichtstun verzögern.
