# Selection of applicants

The 2nd caste selects the applicants for employee positions (3rd caste) and decides on the selection. If necessary, the 1st caste decides from this pre-selection who will be hired - which does not change the fact that the 2nd caste is decisive in this matter.

🇩🇪 Die 2. Kaste selektiert die Bewerber auf Mitarbeiterpositionen (3. Kaste) und entscheidet über die Auswahl. Ggf. entscheidet die 1. Kaste aus dieser Vorauswahl, wer eingestellt wird - was nichts daran ändert, dass die 2. Kaste in dieser Frage bestimmend ist.
